Stand Back! Arathain is Writing!

leaving_fame fanfic. I'm three pages in, and beginning to get this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach that it (the fic, not my stomach) is going to get novella-length and messy. And involve poetry. And BPAL, if I can find any excuse whatsoever. This a problem because, to me, the RPG nature of leaving_fame calls for ficlets. Fluffy bits of PWP, and little else. I shall slaughter the fandom, and any hope of ever writing decently again. *sobs*
Meanwhile, my waste-of-time-I-did-this-in-6th-grade-are-you-EFFING-sirius-this-is-college-wtf English essay is almost halfway done. It's simple. But my heart's not in it.
