I go through my flist, and plenty of ppl have posted meta or porn today, and that made me feel less awkward about posting this. Plus anything I might say about the day would surely offend everyone.



Algiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeee

So Brandon should put his foot down with Jared about being smug and not treating Brandon like Plan B. And this will make Jared realize, 'Hey, I gots my own man!' And then he'll go make nice with Heaven's middle-management team (which he and Brandon can arrange being half-breeds and all). And then Heaven's middle-management team will call Boyd up there and give permission for teh sexing and Boyd will be too excited and relieved and he'll leave before they tell him it was Jared. And he'll go back down and mack on Jensen for a second, and Brandon will look all pleased and proud and feel very special. And then Jensen will go, 'Hey, why are they letting us secks now?' And Brandon will be even more pleased and proud and there will definitely be nuzzling of Jared's ears involved. And then Boyd will look at the ear-nuzzling and go, 'Omg!!' And then hug Jared very tightly and kiss his cheek and Jensen will also, and Ryan will ruffle his hair and Hayden will kiss his nose, and everyone will love Jared again, and be more unified to fight Tove. And then Brandon will drag Jared off for I-Feel-Special sex, and Boyd will drag Jensen off for Tragedy-Averted sex, and Hayden and Ryan will sit down and play a rousing game of Parcheesi.

Ok, this actually had some depth to it in my head, because I was thinking about relationships and how, really, I didn't think Brandon and Jared would work out, just because OMG-END-OF-THE-WORLD ppl don't usually mix well with dude-whatever-as-long-as- you-don't-scare-the-horses ppl. Unless they can have just the right effect on each other and help each other mellow out and get riled up respectively. And it didn't seem like Jared and Brandon were having this kind of effect on each other, but then this little scenario popped into my head, and it seems possible and I hope it goes down like this or similar. Only, you know, not really with the Parcheesi, I was just being a smartass with that one.

I think this might be the first time I have been called strange on the webbernets. And that's funny because MamaGoddess was just telling me how the webbernets are good for me because I find ppl who are like me and don't think I'm nuts. But No fear, I take it as teh compliment it is, along with any ear-nuzzling that comes attached. ^-^

I was going to make a dirty Snakes and Ladders joke, but I just keep getting led back to Snakes on a Plane, and I think if I combine that with algie, my head might pop off.

I love the scaring the horses expression in an unhealthy way. ;) What brand of cranberry cocktail? MamaGoddess used to buy this utterly delicious stuff from Price Club, but they don't carry it anymore, and of course we can't remember the brand. Oh, I'm glad you like my fics. That was just what I needed to hear right now because I was just reading over some of my stuff and I was like, 'Why the fuck am I doing this? I suck.' So huzzah for compliments with good timing, you. ^-^ I actually have about, oh, 18 assorted fics in the works right now, but my focus keeps shifting. I'll sit down to write but get distracted reading some really good J2, so I write a few sentences of my own J2, but then algie updates, and I'm back to my algie stuff, then algie will make me nostalgic for leaving_fame, and I'll go read some of those old threads and get a few sentences more on those five fic bits from way back in the day? Remember those? And so on and so forth until I have 8 word documents open and no idea what the hell I was just doing. But anyways, I am trying for more fic. And now that I know someone is anticipating it, maybe I can stay focussed better. :)

Ara, you have no idea how much I would love to read your algie fics and more of those LF fics! I thought you had given up on the latter which would have been sad because they were soooo good!

I would even read your J2 fic although I'm still waiting to be fully bitten from the SPN bug (it just hasn't really happened yet although I really tried some fics out).

So, whenever your muses decide to be more cooperative and you have finished one of those fics - I'll be so there! :D

I'll second mimesh here--I adore your fics. The style is always original, and I love the feeling they give off. And yes, I remember those LF fics! I'd love to see them finished, or even just read snippets of them, like drabbles.

I third the request for more Ara fics! I didn't realize you still had LF fics open!!! This excites me more than I should really admit. And anything algie is love. Yes, your fics create a mood that is just so easy to slip into and get lost in--I could really use something like that right about now--it's such a good place to go :D.

And puleeze, give me a week where I didn't get lost in old threads, omg. Talk about a place I love to go. Probably shouldn't admit that, either?

I'm with you. Jared doesn't seem to want to calm down (after all he's been through, and all he's seen with his friends) and Brandon...I don't know if Brandon will get anywhere near worked up enough (invested enough?) to try to change Jared's behaviour or confront him about it. And I LOVE Brandon, he's perfect and genuine and cool personified (demonified?), but he's not very much into 'working' on relationships instead of just going with the flow.

Anyways. Brandon is starting to get a bit more serious about things, and I think he might start to assert himself more with Jared, especially since he's good at being assertive on Jared's behalf. He's got it in him, something just needs to bring it out.
