The water heater is leaking. My bedroom is in the garage and is flooded. Plumber says he might have to smash through my wall to fix it. I have two crates full of sopping wet books that need to be laid out in the sun. Not that that will help much, Plumie stepped in a puddle at 3 in the afternoon the other day, and it was frozen. We live in San Diego for gods' sake. But hey, my yarn is dry. (I keep it in a plastic crate.) Could be much worse.
