In what scientists are calling "a bloody fucking miracle," I got an A on my essay on public transit in San Diego, and was thus excused from the final this morning. Which was nice, seeing as how I was up until 4:30 writing the aforementioned essay.

Being one who has had his own share of unfavorable experiences with San Diego's public transportation, I'm rather curious about the essay.

And of course, congratulations on the flying colors. ;)

That's the thing, it was really short! Basically it just outlined how shitty the public transportation is out in this neck of the woods and how that was an example of urban sprawl and car culture, because the public transportation out here was much much better when this place was the boondocks and there was no one out here. Anyways, my teacher wants to send it to the academic senate at Cuyamaca, since this affects the school. She also recommended that I talk to the ASCC and get them to write MTS about providing better service to the college.
