According to recent con reports, he is completely fucking awesome. Reliable ppl say it is not a manip. Plus I saw it over at capslock_spn, and I don't think they generally put that much into their manips (http://i30.tinypic.com/15n2lpi.jpg) over there. But yes, gigantic EXDEE regardless.
