I have just successfully made fried over easy eggs for the first time in my life. Until now, all I could do with eggs was ovulate. And scramble them. Now, at last, I am an accomplished woman.

I can scramble them, and I think over easy too, but I can't seem to make any sunny-side up. There's always a bit of uncooked white on the top, even if the bottom is burned.

My problem is, the yolks always cook along with the white. But not today! Today...blah blah blah.....TYRANNY...blah blah blah.....OPPRESSION....blah blah blah....VICTORY!!
